晩から小雨が降ってたようですが（8：00過ぎには爆睡しました。(~_~;)

朝はいいお天気でした。


蒜山三座が綺麗に晴れていました。(^_-)-☆

高原は秋ですね。


前夜はまた禁断のバイキングで（休暇村だからしかたがないけど）、自制心がなく豚に逆戻り！(-_-メ)

大山滝　 に行ったので、かなりきつかったけど、マイナスイオンたっぷり！

やく往復4キロの山道、崖道を歩きました。
