ウルトラが出張なので簡単に。
キッチンが暑いので、あまり火を使いたくないから。(^^ゞ

＊鶏もも肉照り焼き、炒り卵、レタスの上に
＊竹輪きゅうり
＊ほうれん草と剣先イカの胡麻和え
＊カブラの甘酢漬け…完食！
＊白菜のお漬け物
