I found a very short but good video Steve Jobs talking about "Ask / Act". It is so true.

I have never succeeded in anything I without people around me helping. And I often ask people for the things I do not now about. Also, I do not mind people asking me things ... not for money ... but my take on things. I am willing to help if I can.
