Things you can't understand unless you look at them from the outside
There are many things in this world that you cannot understand unless you look at them from the outside (as a third party). Today, I would like to talk about something that I have experienced. Many of you know that I like to play golf, but from March 2020 to May 2021 (when the vaccine was not available), I didn't play much golf because of the coronavirus. When I resumed playing in May, the first thing I felt was that I couldn't fly. I lost almost 50 yards of distance just looking at my driver. I didn't like that, so I exerted myself and it became even harder to fly.
I thought that was just the way it was, but I wasn't enjoying golf anymore. So I started practicing at a practice facility where I used to take lessons and where they have a Trackman (golf measuring device). There, I only hit with a 6-iron, but I found that the carry of the 6-iron was now 160 yards. Whereas a few years ago, when I was in good shape, the carry (air-to-air distance) was over 190 yards. The distance was shockingly low.
What I learned from the Trackman data was that my swing speed was slow and that I was not hitting the ball in the center of the club. There were many other problems, but after watching a video of my swing, I realized that I was hitting with my hands and my hips were not rotating. Anyway, I found out that I was hitting with my arms and hands only.
So I changed it so that I rotated my shoulders in the backswing and rotated my hips in the downswing. I found that I was hitting the ball even worse, but as I continued to do this, my distance started to come back, albeit a little more than before. I need to keep practicing, but it was still a good experience to look at this situation from the outside and see problems that I didn't notice. I'd like to get back to my old flying distance.

I went to in-door practice range with Trackman. Today I focus on mu driver. I used to have a head speed of 100mph (44 m/s) but now the best I can do 90mph (40 m/s) . My head speed is down at least 10%. The very best I can do is 210 yard carry and 240 yard total. This is sad, but I know now what my capabilities are.
I should practice more to get may speed back up closer to 100mph. That seem to be tall order.

Nice and healthy lunch.
I did not eat Avocado as it contains too much potassium for my Kidneys.
I must cut down on Salt and Protein intake too.
I wonder what I can eat then.

It's better to have a special skill at something than be someone who can do everything.
In English, a person who can do anything is called a "Jack of All Trades," which can be interpreted as a person who can do anything. However, nowadays some people think of this as a person who has no characteristics or specialties. In English, we say "Master of None."
A "Master" is a person who is well versed in something. The advantage of being an expert in something is that it attracts more attention than someone who can do anything and has no special characteristics. When looking for a job, people with special skills, especially those related to their work, are sought after by many companies.
However, hiring one person who excels in one thing will not balance out a company. Therefore, companies want to hire many people who are excellent in various fields. Needless to say, large companies have the advantage of being able to do this. For small and medium-sized companies, hiring people who excel in only one thing will leave them with nothing.
The smaller the company, the more you need people who can do everything. Managers must understand this and know what kind of human resources they need based on the size of their company. It is important to know that the smaller the size of the company, the less room there is for people who can only do one thing.
