Those twin-houses being built in front of our business are going for $750,000 and up. Are you kidding?
I believe the RING is the best selling IoT product. It replaces standard doorbell with Camera, Microphone and Speaker. When someone passes by or press the ring, it apart your smartphone and let you communicate. It is a great idea and for less than $150 ... you have a peace of mind.
This would ends "Doorbell and Run" prank ... It is called ピンポンダッシュ (Pingpong Dash) in Japanese.

This poster is posted at the part I walk every morning and is bugging me. So I finally decided to look it up.
They are found safe on July 26, 2016 ... Come on, it has been almost a year since they were found. Whoever put that up, take it off.
I am glad that they are safe.
PSPinc 30th party will be held at WOODMARK HOTEL in Kirkland, July 21. I believe all the seats are filed at this point. Thank you for your support.
Back in 1997 to 2003, PSPinc published series of software design to help people write Japanese on English Windows.
It is funny that we still get a support call for KanjiKit once or twice a year. One point, one of our user lost install disk #3. Well, we had to scramble to find the set of installation disks. We found one unopened KanjiKit package and found installations disks. When we try to make a copy, we realized we have no blank 3.5" disk nor computer with disk drive.
We send user the complete package ... That was the last product support for KanjiWORD since we have no more product. That was last year!!!
Alway look ahead because target is always ... well aging.
Well, it is a fact of life that everybody gets old. I am not saying it is bad. But you business needs to address this fact. Think about ages of your customer for a minute. How old were they when they became your customer? How old are they now? When they retire (they will soon or later), who is going to be your contact person?
You need to start working with the next generations of customers to survive. We are getting older too. So, we really need t address who is succeeding you as well. I hear many story that the father passed on their business to their child and you lost your account. That will happen if you are not careful and be ready.
I started business 30 years ago. In business you learn things as you do your work. Most everything you do is something you don't really learn in school. There is nobody guide you except your instinct and gut feeling. Only way you learn something is by making mistake. You always hope your mistake is not too big and you will be able to recover from it.
Success ... When you are running business, you never feel like you have succeeded. You remember all the things that went wrong, nothing you do well. That what entrepreneurship is about. Are you ready for this?
