これは絶品です！

大分は豊後水道で獲れた新鮮な鯖を炙りにして酢〆です。

炙りのひと手間を入れた逸品。

脂が乗り口に含むと甘味が広がります。

この見事なきずしを。

黒ビールを半分混ぜた、　『ハーフ＆ハーフ』　でいただきました。


　　　★たまに飲むハーフ＆ハーフはうまい！
