次も灘の地酒、５蔵の酒です。

この蔵は、神戸角打ち学会が推薦する蔵です。

ここも神戸大震災で醸造蔵は消失しました。

　　『仙介　特別本醸造　生貯蔵原酒』　　泉酒造　　神戸市東灘区御影塚町

兵庫県産山田錦２０％（麹米）　兵庫県産五百万石８０％（掛米）　精米歩合は７０％

醸造用アルコールを添加してる本醸造ですが、生貯蔵の原酒。

さすがに泉酒造、香り味ともバランスよく、仕上がりの良さは見事です。

　　★雪村いずみが歌う泉正宗のCMソング、懐かしいです。
