　　　　　千徳酒造　　宮崎県延岡市大瀬町

使用米：山田錦　　精米率：５０％　　日本酒度：＋３　　酸度：１．２　　自社培養酵母

「昔ながらの伝統と技術で高千穂産の酒造好適米山田錦を50％以下になるまで磨き上げました。
　総米700kgを手洗いし、米と米麹だけで醸したお酒は華やかな香りでさわやかな口あたりです」

お酒の名前です！
最近は面白い、変わった、お洒落な、ネーミングが増えています。
特に目立つのは日本酒と、焼酎のラベルデザインとネーミングです。

これもデザインのひとつ！
よく考えたネーミングとラベルデザインですね。
専門のプロが考えています。
最近は各蔵ともラベルにもお金を掛けています。
