この時期は、次ぎから次にと各蔵は競って新酒を発表します。

年度最初に発売となる　「初しぼり」　季節限定酒、これもその一つです。

　　『群馬泉　初しぼり　特別本醸造』　　島岡酒造　　群馬県太田市由良

酒造好適米の　「群馬若水」　を６０％磨いて使用、日本酒度：＋２　　酸度：２．１　

山廃独特の酸味を押さえつつおりを混ぜることにより、微発泡させぷちぷちっとした食感の美味しい酒。

そうですね新酒の初搾りですので、微発泡して美味しいです。
この時期でしか飲めないお酒ですね。
