山芋ワサビ和え！

文字のとおりの料理です。

山芋（長いも）を短冊切りにして山葵（本わさび）を摩り下ろして混ぜ合わせたもの。

山芋とワサビの相性がよく、醤油などは付けづにこのままいただく。

　　★ワサビのツンーと鼻に抜ける感じがいい！

先日お土産で長芋の山葵漬けをいただきました
相性よく美味しかったです
