赤（赤ナマコ）、青（青ナマコ）、黒（黒ナマコ）がある。

ナマコは冬に活発に動き旬は冬の時期が旨い！

ナマコから取れる、海鼠腸（このわた）、くちこ、は珍味中の珍味です。
