宮城県牡鹿半島の鮫浦湾　「金華ホヤ」　です！

「ほや」　の養殖は宮城県で開発され、牡鹿半島以北の鮫浦湾の主要な養殖産業として重要な地位を占めており、
生産量は年間8000トンを超え、全国シュアの8割以上を生産してきました。

しかし今回の大震災大津波で自宅、作業場、漁具、養殖棚等すべての物が破壊され、
この影響で東京・築地市場では品薄となり、倍以上の高値が続いています。
このままでは千年以上続く　『ほやの文化』　がすたれてしまいます。
