総製造石数５００石程度の小さな蔵です。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　原料米：　麹米　山田錦　精米歩合５５％（使用歩合２０％）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　掛米　蔵の華　精米歩合５５％（使用歩合８０％）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　南部杜氏：　平塚 敏明


宮城は南部杜氏が活躍している蔵が多い。

この酒は、一切火入れ殺菌を行ってない生酒です。


【白桃や梨のようにフレッシュで、甘さと爽やかな香りがあり、ご覧のように薄濁りした酒です。
　口当たりはなめらかでスッキリしていて、コクや旨みが溢れてる飲み口のいい酒です。】
