熱々御飯に美味しい
揚げ時間を変えてみました
2番目のが丁度いい感じ
揚げた後、ちょっと塩を振りかけたら
ビールのお供にピッタリ
2種類のゴーヤでカーテンに仕立てています。
お浸しのゴーヤは苦みがやや強い。
チップスのゴーヤは苦み薄め。
1人で食べるので、まだ冷蔵庫に数本残っています。
