Thai Trip Report #3

Thailand has a lot of amazing scenery, and travelling by train is a great way to see it. There always seems to be something interesting to look at.

Sometimes you can open the windows on Thai long-distance trains, but unfortunately the windows on this train couldn`t be opened (except for the dining car, but it was full of noisy foreigners, so I didn`t want to spend time there).

I was a bit disappointed.

What is the object under the center of the photo? Was the weather good? It seems to be wet for the cloud in the top of the mountains.
Then, what did you eat in the dining car? Or didn't you use it?

The object is a train sign; the letter is pronounced "wa" but I don`t know what the meaning is in this situation.
The weather was cloudy & rainy the first few days of my holiday, but then it was sunny.
In the dining car I ate chicken with chilli & basil. And of course I drank beer (Heineken).
