Cool Cars in Ichinomiya #14

Cool Cars in Ichinomiya #14
I guess this is what you get if you leave two cars in the same garage together for too long!

More likely it`s what you get from a mechanic with free time, spare parts, & a sense of humour.

Because the engine is in the back of VW Beetles, there must be quite a lot of space under the bonnet/hood in this car - pretty handy.

What do you think of it?

I like the shape of the car, a little. It has a classical atmosphere, isn't it?
Maybe, in an American cartoon a guy gets a nice time to change such a car's parts, I think.
Have you had like a time?

I don`t really know about fixing cars, but one day I`d like to try to restore an old car. It`s one of my (many) dreams!

Is this a Beetle?
It's a nice idea and It's funny!
But I don't like this front grill...
I think it looks like "big nose".haha
Besides, I don't like Mercedes-Benz...
But idea of this car is good!

Yes - the balance is kind of strange, isn`t it? Too front-heavy.

It's great!
It would sell like hotcakes in Oz, providing:
Mercedes didn't sue;
VW didn't sue; and
he could keep up with the demand.
Way to go, Beetle-Merc!

Yeh - I was wondering what the owner registered it as - a Beetle? A Merc? A `Modified Merc`? It had a current number plate, so it must be registered.
