Why is there a dead lion on the label? Do you know it?
What kind of syrup is the golden syrup? What taste is it? Well, if I would get it in a chance, I would try it. I wonder it would nice for me.

They are bees, not flies. The Logo refers to an amusing story in the Old Testament part of the Bible. It is in the Book of Judges chapter 14. The story contains a riddle (a word puzzle).

Well, that certainly sounds more plausible than my theory (that my old high school mate Chris Davis designed the label).
Oh!
This label is kind of disgusting... I think,
because I hate bees...
But this syrup seems good!
Where is it made?
Can I use it on pancakes?
Anyway, if you saw this label only once, you never forget!

Yes - it`s a very distinctive & memorable logo, isn`t it? In fact, this label design has remained almost the same since 1885 - wow! It`s made in England.
Yes - it`s good on pancakes or toast, but very sweet...
I have a lot of hobbies & interests, and I`ll be writing about some of them on this blog. If you enjoy what you read, please leave a comment. I`ll try to use simple English so even if you`re not confident about reading English, I think you can understand. Thanks for visiting my blog!
