よく行ってる「うどん処さぬきや」さんで、肉味噌ぶっかけウドンを食べました。もっちりとしたやや細めのうどんの上に、半熟卵と肉味噌が乗っています。半熟たまごと肉味噌を絡ませて食べると味噌の香りが口に拡がって、とても美味しいのです。毎日でも食べたい味わいです。
