室戸深層水で造った吟醸酒「土佐深海」です。海の深さをイメージするボトルが気に入りました。深層水を使ったお酒という事も興味惹かれます。3月に蔵開きで行った「安芸虎」の有光酒造場のすぐ近く、「土佐しらぎく」の仙頭酒造場のお酒です。

このお酒はまだ未体験です。
辛口のようですが・・・

器が美しいでしょう。ブルーの色も綺麗です。非常にまろやかな呑み口でした。
お店で呑みたいお酒ですね。
