今回の旅行の目的は 81歳で現役鮨職人のお鮨を味わいに 鮨ネタはどれも食感を良くする為に 包丁が入れてある づけのマグロは味が染み込む様に 烏賊は食感が良くなるようにと更に薄く 三枚に薄造りに どの鮨も美味しく頂く事が出来ました 幸せな一時でした
