木曜日に圧力鍋で煮込んだスペアリブ 煮込み時間が長すぎ、柔らかくなりボロボロ 箸で食べても骨から綺麗に剥がれ柔らかかった 味の浸みこみは圧力鍋だと普通に煮込んだより浸みこみが弱い 圧力鍋と普通の煮込みと併用するとベストかな
