年末の年越しそばに、飛騨高山の太田庵つるつる亭さんから頂いた年越しそば 年末31日10時から元日2時まで地元のお宮さんで火の当番 年越し蕎麦を食べる時間も無く年越し、冷蔵庫で忘れられ放置状態 なのを思いだし湯を沸かし蕎麦を湯がき 冷蔵庫で冷たくなったままの出汁では蕎麦の香りが楽しめないので 人肌より少しぬるめに出汁を温め山葵たっぷりで 美味しくいただきました
