Gymで筋トレ ベンチプレス 日曜日の潮干狩り曇りだと思い裸で行ったために日焼け 日焼けのために背中が痛く10回5セット100キロ程度で断念 インクラベンチ ベンチプレスほど痛くなく10回5セット70キロ程度 ケーブルクロスオーバー 25キロX2 10回3セット プレスダウン 80キロ10回5セット Gymを自転車で早々に引き上げ自宅でローラー台30分 昨夜は蒸し暑く汗の量が半端ではありませんでした バイクの下は汗です
