先週、土曜日、岐阜市のお隣 山県市伊自良地域にバイクライドで出かけた時の一枚です この時期、伊自良地域では「連柿」と呼ばれる干し柿作りが多くの農家で行われています。 「連柿」は、「伊自良大実(おおみ)」と言う渋柿を、串刺しにして、藁により1連30個に編み上げます。 1mほどの長さに連ねられた連柿を、農家の軒先に吊し渇いた空気と冬のの日差しで飴色になるまで干します。
