瀬戸内地方では、「じゃこ」や「しゃこ」「ママカリ」「サワラ」は一般的ですが
北日本の「鮭」文化圏ではこれまで馴染みの少ない魚です

本日の夕食は「ママカリ」を酢で絞めたお寿司を食べました

関西では、焼いて酢醤油で食べたり酢で絞めて祭り寿しに
使ったりします

カミサンの男親が岡山の海岸育ちでしたから今も馴染んで
食べます
