変わるためには動く

私がキャリアを変えるきっかけになったのは「新しい環境に自分を置く」という行動でした。

一回目は外部の会社に出向する。これでエンジニアから商品企画にチェンジ。

二回目はコーチングスクールに通う。これでコーチのしてのマルチキャリアに踏み出しました。

自分で行動すれば、何かが変わるんですね。
