お取り寄せで発見した米粉のマドレーヌです。モチっとした食感ですが、こういうお菓子は食べられないと思っていたので嬉しいです。😊

米粉も血糖値を上げるのでパーフェクトとは言えませんが、小麦のようなアレルギーはないので比較的安全です。
