豚じゃが（２）＠呑み処【鈴ぎん：福寿】メトロこうべ（新開地タウン）

関西人としては、「豚じゃが」ではなくて「肉じゃが」に馴染んでいますので、あまり食指が動くメニューではありません。

前の　＜川本店長＞　の　「豚じゃが」　を食べて以来、久しく食べていないのに気が付き、今回＜中川店長＞の「豚じゃが」（３００円）を肴に選びました。

大鍋で煮た「豚じゃが」の素材が均一に盛り付けられ、レンジで温めたあとに＜いんげん＞をのせて完成です。

＜じゃがいも＞の形もきれいで、＜｝いんげん＞もあとからのせていますのできれいな色合いですが、立ち呑み屋さんとしては、少し煮崩れた方が美味しそうに感じてしまいます。
