朝食でいただいたのは、【ファンベック】（離宮公園前店：神戸市須磨区高倉台１丁目１－３）の「アップルデニッシュ」（２９１円・税込み）です。
 
円形のデニッシュ生地の真ん中に、コンポートされた＜アップル＞と＜カスタードクリーム＞が詰め込まれ、焼かれています。
 
＜リンゴ＞の食感と、デニッシュ生地の風味で、おいしくいただきました。
