＜バイデン米大統領＞、ＵＳスチール買収を阻止

２日、米紙『ワシントン・ポスト』は、＜バイデン米大統領＞が、「日本製鉄」による米鉄鋼大手「ＵＳスチール」買収を阻止すると報じています。

「日本製鉄」の鉄の買収計画に関して安全保障上のリスクなどを審査していた米政府機関の対米外国投資委員会（CFIUS）は昨年１２月、是非の判断を＜バイデン大統領＞に一任していました。

安全保障上の懸念があると判断したとみられます。３日にも発表する模様です。関係者の話として報道されています。
