ジムではトレーニンググローブを使用している。
最近ではたいした重量を上げるわけではないのだが、手にマメができるとゴルフに影響する。
いや、ゴルフもたいした事をするわけでもないのだが。。。

シーク プラチナシリーズ リストラップ付リフティンググローブ
その名の通り、僕の細すぎる手首をガードする。
主にベンチプレスの時に必要になる機能だ。

隠れ家の、zaki Design制アクリルテーブルに置くと、ちょっとカッコいい。
さて、今日もやるか。
