日々忘れて、あっぷあっぷになっているかもしれません。
特に、コロナ禍においては、頭の中が、緊急事態になっていて、あまり自分に優しくなれないかも知れません。。。

今日、自分に話しかけてあげてください。
よくやってるよ。
大丈夫、そんな日もあるよってね。

意外に、自分が気が付いてないけど、あなたはみんなに愛されてるよ。
