先日つくった肉味噌を再び作って、肉味噌うどんを。 レシピでは冷たい麺でしたが、今は温かいのが美味しい季節。 茹であがった麺をサッと水で〆て、温かい肉味噌を乗せました。 とても美味しかったです。 これから、どんどん出番がありそう。(^_-)-☆ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
