久しぶりの鶏ハム―2013/2/26 Tue.

2日間、寝かさずに出来上がるので楽です。
美味しく簡単にできました。(^_-)-☆
■ムネ肉に砂糖10グラムをふって、塩7グラムを(粒コショウも)して、オリーブオイル(サラダオイル)大さじ1振り込み、もむ。
20分おく。
ホイル30センチくらいで巻く。
フライパンでころがしながら4~5分焼く。さわってみてぐにょぐにょならまた焼く。
フライパンに5ミリくらいの水を入れて、むしやき。
そのまま冷ます。
ホイルを取って保存。
