＊シズの南蛮漬け お魚屋さんに... ＊シズの南蛮漬け
お魚屋さんに、あまりにも綺麗な、銀ピカのシズがでていました。
皮、どこもはがれてない！
小さいから迷ったけど…
とても美味しい南蛮漬けができました。(*^^)v
＊トアロードデリカテッセンのベーコンで、卵炒め　トマトと
やはりベーコンの味がします。
スーパーのパック入りとは全く違う！
＊小松菜とお揚げさんのたいたん
＊ウリときゅうりの胡麻和え
＊きゅうりのビール漬け

「食べる」ばかりのブログが続いています。
足の怪我であまり出歩かなくなったので…
暑いときだし（"＾ω＾）・・・　indoorばかりです。
