こういうお料理は、お肉の質がものを言いますね。我が家もモリタ屋の肉が一番です。(^_^)

お醤油、お砂糖やスパイスで強く味付けするときは気にならない牛肉の味ですが、
すき焼きとか牛肉を味わうときはこのお店に行きます。
コレは安い牛バラですが、柔らかくてとても美味しいです。(*^^)v
