生協の冷凍ですが、とても美味しいです。
半解凍の状態で切って。
色も綺麗で大好き！
＊鶏手羽先の名古屋風唐揚げ
これも大好き！
面倒でも、家で作って食べる晩ご飯はおいしいです。
＊ブロッコリー、にぬきと、りんごときゅうりのサラダ
＊ほうれん草の胡麻浸し
＊小かぶの浅漬け

鰹って冷凍の方が鮮度が保たれていて美味しいですね❣️(^_^)

獲れたてを瞬間冷凍した鰹を藁焼きにしている（多分）ので、美味しいです。
スーパーだと、解凍品を売っていることが多いので、色も悪くて…
生協のは美味しいです。

「目に青葉、山ほととぎす、初鰹」の鰹は春ですね。GWあたりでしょうか？
秋は、三陸沖から戻ってくる「戻り鰹」が美味しいです。

これは冷凍保存の藁焼きと思いますが、「美味しいですよ。
