小さい小さいマナガツオ！
旬のマナガツオ、大好きです。(*^^*)
でも高くて…いつもお魚やさんで恨めしく眺めているだけです。
1尾4000円前後！

ところが最近、とても小さなサイズがいっぱい出ています。
銀ピカ！＼(^o^)／
脂ののりはイマイチだろうと思って買ってなかったんですが…

あまりの銀ピカに釣られて！
値段にも！v(´∀｀*v)ﾋﾟｰｽ
6尾で500円位だったかな？

小さいから淡白だろうと思って、3尾は味噌漬けに。
17日くらいが漬かり頃かな？
半分の3尾は、15日に漬け焼きにしました。
とても美味しかったですよ。

サイズの違いで随分と値段が違うんですね

やはり商品価値が違うんですよね。
大きなのは都会やお店用でしょう。
家庭でなかなか4000円は使えないです。
大好きなんだけど…
切り身になってると安いけど、鮮度がね。
