ちょっと脂ののりが悪かったけど、あっさりして美味しかったです
ハジカミの代わりに、新生姜の甘酢漬けを添えて
＊肉じゃが
当然ながら「肉」は牛肉！
豚肉の「肉じゃが」はわがやではありえないです

＊冷奴
＊もずく

西は「肉」＝牛肉ですよね
