ウルトラが忘年会でeatout... ウルトラが忘年会でeatout
そうなればあるもので済まします

以前に作って冷凍しておいた豚ロースミルフィーユカツを揚げて
これもまた冷凍してあったアオリイカのゲソ、よく漬かった鯖のきずし…
冷凍庫や冷蔵庫をゴソゴソみると
ババショフとの１食くらいなら大丈夫です

＊豚ロースミルフィーユカツ
＊アオリイカのゲソ、竹輪、ほうれん草の卵炒め
＊鯖のきずしのお酢のもの
＊大根のわさび漬け、数の子入
＊トマト

アオリイカ、いいですよねぇ～
やっといい大きさのが出ました
でも高いです
1600円前後です
