＊鯛のあら煮 生協で売ってたあ... ＊鯛のあら煮
生協で売ってたあら
カマの部分がなくて、頭の上の所だけ
小さい鯛と思ったけど、鯛の鯛をみるとかなりの大きさでした
甘く炊きすぎて、不評だった　(´；ω；`)ｳｩｩ

＊茶碗蒸し
一番に作って冷ましておきました
夏でも美味しいです
（鶏肉、カニカマ、甘辛椎茸煮、オクラ）
＊ブロッコリーとハムのマヨネーズ炒め
＊焼きナス　or トマト

鯛のアラ煮美味しいですよね！(^^)
茶碗蒸しも冷たくしていただくと美味しそうです。

暑くて食欲が落ちている時、ツルンと入る、喉越しのいい茶碗蒸しはいいですね
