養殖です
肩身だから、それほど脂っこくなく美味しかったです

＊豚バラの生姜焼き
玉ねぎ、シメジと
オクラも添えて
キノコ類は野菜類の高いときに有難い、安定した値段です　(^_-)-☆

ワカメ、きゅうり、たまご
＊チリメンじゃこのたいたん
＊トマト

しばらくお造り食べていないのでこういう鮮度の良いお魚に出逢いたいです。(^^;

コチラは海に面しているので、魚は豊富ですね
都会に出ない、ちょっとお得なサイズがあって有難いです
