＊手羽元のポン酢醤油煮　ウズラ... ＊手羽元のポン酢醤油煮　ウズラ卵も添えて
圧力鍋で
前回、普通のお鍋で15分位煮込んでホロホロになりすぎたので
今回は圧力鍋5分加圧に
ちょうどいいホロホロ具合になって美味しかったです

＊ポテリンゴサラダ
サンふじをたっぷり！
キュウリ、人参、にぬき ＊ほうれん草のお浸し ＊数の子... ＊ほうれん草のお浸し


＊数の子たっぷりの松前づけ
ウルトラがネット注文してくれたこれ、あと1品なにかというとき
美味しくて便利です 「赤」がなかったなぁ～ お漬物... 「赤」がなかったなぁ～
お漬物がわりにトマト、出せばよかったなぁ～

圧力鍋、便利ですよ
加圧が5分だから、沸騰するまでと、圧を自然に下げるのに時間はかかりますが…
焦げることもなく優れものです　(^_-)-☆
