土曜日は香川ブランドのオリーブ... 土曜日は香川ブランドのオリーブ牛がオフになるので、
この日は鉄板焼きでした 400グラムのお肉でも二人で余... 400グラムのお肉でも二人で余ります

美味しそう　お肉食べ地と思うんですが、加齢の加減でしょうか、食べれる量が減りました

久しぶりにすき焼きが食べたいんだけど、二人ではイマイチで…

私も量が食べられなくなりましたが、時々妙に食べられる時があるのです。でもそのあと薬のお世話になってます。(^^; 無理は禁物ですね。腹七分が良いらしいです。
