友達の知人のお魚屋さんが、毎年のように鰆の味噌漬けを作ってくれます。 今年は早くに注文を聞いてくれました。(^_-)-☆ 吉内のような大きな鰆じゃないのでおばんざい用ですが、とても美味しいです。 鰆は「春」のものだと思われてるけど、冬は脂がのって美味しいですね。 この日は、息子たちはみかん狩りでお昼はBBQを楽しんできたので、アッサリ目の晩御飯でした。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
