We had a problem, with our data center A/C system. PSR came and fixed it today. It is nice to have maintenance contract with PSR. If you own your own building, you should consider PSR to maintain your HVAC system.

Insane

If you do something different from everyone else, you are called insane. What exactly is common sense? Within a certain frame of reference, it is okay to do anything, but if you go outside of that frame for some reason, it is not okay. This way of thinking seems to get stronger as we get older. We think that because we have been doing things a particular way for a long time that there is no need to think of new and different ways.

This may mean that people are anxious about new things, but they also hate change. It's not that they don't like new things, it's that they don't want to change their current situation. I've always lived my life thinking, "Just try it out. If I can't do it, I'll just quit" - so I've tried everything. Of course, 80% of what I've done is probably a failure. Yet thanks to the 20% that succeeded, I am still able to continue my company.

My way of thinking is that I want to try the things that I want to do and see the results for myself, even if it is considered insane. Needless to say, when you start anything, you do it with the expectation that you will succeed. However, when you try something, you run into obstacles that you never thought you would. In some cases, the mechanism of overcoming those obstacles becomes the product itself. In hindsight, this provides many things to think about.

Insane ... isn't it interesting? If it doesn't bother others (or at most just a little) , you should try it. If you don't do something beyond the bounds of common sense, common sense won't grow.

Anger Feeds Government

When everything is great and nobody is complaining, there is no reason for any government. At that point, please will complain about the government. So, it is important for the government to make sure people are not happy and divert their anger rom the government.

Media will always make sure you are not happy about something and they are doing a good job. The US does this very well, China does this very poorly.

Unfair Game
One has rule and other has no rule.

When it comes to struggle between Democracy and Chinese Communism, China alway have an advantage. In the US, it is unthinkable to rule other countries by force. But China can care less about it because CCP control 100% of media.

For example, CCP is brutally controlling Uighur Muslim people while they are aiding and alining with Taliban in Afghanistan which is also Muslim group. And what more interesting I that Uighur is sharing the border with Afghanistan. How is that possible?
