Have you ever watch the anime called "Full Metal Alchemist" If you have you have heard of the term "Equivalent Exchange" many times.

"Alchemy, It is the scientific technique of understanding the structure of matter, decomposing it, and then reconstructing it. If performed skillfully, it is even possible to create gold out of lead. However, as it is a science, there are some natural principles in place. Only one thing can be created from something else of a certain mass. This is the Principle of Equivalent Exchange.

This is what they call "Equivalent Exchange". But in the world where we live, there is no such things as "Equivalent Exchange". I will explain this in the future newsmail.

I was at office until almost 10pm ... This is the security camera footage of I and my buddy Pompom entering to garage to get on the car to go home. I work 7 days a week and I am usually here until after 9pm.

I do not recommend this unless you own a company and want to make it little better every year.
