ユズは柑橘類の香辛料としては日本人は大好きです。

日本料理になくてはならない食材です。

カボス、スダチ、ユズ、ダイダイ、ざぼん、キンカン・・・等たくさんの柑橘が。

その中でも、ユズは食材としての利用範囲は数多くあります。

柚子胡椒、柚子味噌、柚子ジャム、柚子茶、柚子大根・・・

この時期、柚子湯もいいですね。


　　【桃栗３年　柿８年　ユズの大馬鹿１８年】　と言いますね。
