浜福鶴は長いレンガの煙突が目印。

【吟醸工房】
　　1階はお酒やお菓子、立杭焼の器を販売するショップコーナー。
　　生酒（製成後一切加熱処理をしない清酒）の試飲コーナーも。
　　2階は酒造り工場の全工程が見学できます。

【酒蔵見学コース】
　　浸漬室　⇒　蒸米室　⇒　酒母室　⇒　吟醸室　⇒　圧搾室　⇒　発酵室

この日は、この蔵の名物案内人の宮脇米治さんに案内していただきました。

見学の後は、一階の生酒試飲コーナーで皆さん試飲です。

　★この蔵名物の　「大吟醸ソフトクリーム」　もいただきました。
