「あいなめ」　関西では　「あぶらめ」　と呼ぶ。

晩秋から春までが旬といわれが、この時期、晩春が最も旬でもある。

スズキと一緒で夏に高値になるのも特徴的です。

大型のものは、刺身が旨く、料亭などで提供される高級魚です。

その、あいなめの新子を南蛮漬けにしたもので。

　　★ゼンゴ（小鰺）と一緒で頭から丸々食べられて美味しい。
